About:
The Centre Avenue School and Rhame Avenue School K-Kids , which includes student-athletes, raised money for local families in need with a mitten tree fundraiser. Students and staff in each building donated $1 or more for a paper decorated mitten. The mittens at Centre Avenue were displayed on a bulletin board outside the main office and in Rhame’s main lobby. In all, the elementary schools raised $448 to assist families in the community.
